Eshari offers demi-fine 18K gold-plated jewelry crafted from stainless steel, surgical steel, copper, or titanium steel. Customization is not available.
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide accurate and current account and billing information. We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel orders, especially those suspected of fraud or intended for resale.

We accept major credit cards and Indian online payment methods. All prices include taxes; shipping fees are calculated at checkout and added to your total.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is available within India only. Delivery timelines and costs vary by location and product size. Risk of loss transfers to you upon confirmed delivery.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours of receipt. You must provide 2 Photos and a Video evidence prior to opening the package.
Non-compliant returns or returns outside this timeframe will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise authorized.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including jewelry designs, images, and text, is owned or licensed by Eshari and protected by law. Unauthorized copying or use is strictly prohibited.
11. User Conduct
Users agree to lawful conduct and not to disrupt the site or abuse other users. We may remove any inappropriate content at our discretion.
