Dispatch Timeline

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days from the time of order confirmation.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery estimates are provided at the product pages and checkout. Actual delivery time depends on your location (pincode) and the items ordered. Generally, once dispatched, parcels reach most locations within 3-7 business days.

Shipping Charges

• Prepaid orders: Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order details.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Not currently supported

 

Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your order arrives securely and efficiently. Tracking details are shared automatically via SMS, WhatsApp, and email, so you can monitor your order’s progress.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, and email. You can also track your order directly on our website through the Track Order page by entering your order details.

Special Conditions & Preorders

1. Personalized or preordered items: Have a maximum making time of up to 10 working days. These items cannot be dispatched earlier.
2. Express Shipping (Air Shipping): Available as an option. Dispatch occurs within 24-36 hours after order confirmation, with delivery taking 2-5 days depending on your location. Please note that express shipping applies only to delivery, not making time.

 

Delays & Exceptions

Occasional delays may happen due to weather, local restrictions, or courier-related issues. If your address becomes unserviceable, our team will contact you to provide alternatives or issue a refund.
