At Eshari, we value your trust and want every purchase to be a delightful experience. Each piece is crafted with care, and we strive to ensure you receive it in perfect condition. In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or defective item, our simple and transparent Return & Exchange Policy is here to assist you.

Return Policy
You can raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order if:

  • The item delivered is defective or damaged.
  • You have received the wrong product.

 

To initiate a return, please email us at eshari.connect@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Clear product images (minimum 2 photos)
  • Unboxing video showing the package being opened from its sealed state

 

Return requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible.

Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, kindly note the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • The unboxing video is mandatory for any return, exchange, or missing-item claim.
  • Products must be returned in the same packaging as received.
  • Items purchased under Buy 1 Get 1 Free or similar offers will NOT be eligible for return. 

 

Refunds
Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed within 4–6 working days.

Exchange Policy

If you have received a defective item or wrong product you may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the same product or size is unavailable, an alternative replacement or refund will be offered.

 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • 2 product photos and one unboxing video

 

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps. Depending on your location, we will arrange a pickup or provide the return shipping details. Once the item is received and passes quality verification, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.
